Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, reviewing, and pressure testing complex financial modeling and analytics.

The Finance Manager will also be responsible for validating financial baselines, collaborating with tech and data scientists, business SMEs, and IT professionals to develop business cases, value collection modeling, and support automation and long-term financial planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Modeling and Analytics: Implement, review, and pressure test complex financial modeling and analytics.
  • Financial Baseline Validation: Validate financial baselines, including spend and headcount, case ambition savings, value confirmation, value extraction, and value realization/actual results reporting.
  • Collaboration and Development: Collaborate with tech and data scientists, business SMEs, and IT professionals to develop business cases, value collection modeling, and support automation and long-term financial planning.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree or equivalent in finance or related field.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of finance experience or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, knowledge of financial management and accounting principles, and experience with ERP systems and financial software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree: Advanced degree in finance or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA): Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification or past experience in accounting.
  • Industry Experience: Financial and managerial experience in a pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology manufacturing environment.
