
Product Development Strategist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Fashion Category Manager, where you will be responsible for taking complete ownership of our apparel categories and driving business growth across seasons.
- Pricing and Revenue Management: You will own the profitability at the category level, plan pricing, discounts, and margins aligned with growth targets, identify growth levers, and monitor revenue performance.
- Inventory Planning and Control: Forecast demand based on data, seasonality, and trends, ensure healthy inventory levels to reduce stock-outs and dead stock, partner with sourcing and production for timely replenishments.
- Assortment Strategy and Sales Planning: Build collections that align with customer demand and brand identity, plan product mix across price points, characters, and collections, track SKU-level performance to boost conversions and sell-through.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design on seasonal directions and briefs, collaborate with marketing and e-commerce for launches and visibility, share insights and reports with the team and leadership.
To succeed in this role, you should have 2–5 years of experience in Category Management, Buying, or Merchandising (fashion/D2C preferred), strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills, a sharp eye for product, pricing, and consumer trends in apparel, ability to manage fast-paced timelines and multiple stakeholders, and marketplace experience (Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, etc.) is a big plus.
