We are seeking a seasoned Ruby on Rails developer to drive the development and maintenance of robust applications.

  • Key Skills:
  • Familiarity with microservices-based architectures is crucial, along with experience working with messaging platforms like Kafka, ZooKeeper, and Thrift or similar technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of search solutions such as SOLR and AWS services (especially SQS, hosting, and cloud infrastructure) is required.
  • Experience with security best practices including bot mitigation using Cloudflare or similar tools is necessary.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure monitoring tools, preferably Datadog, is a must.
  • Hands-on experience with debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills is essential.
  • Achieving technical excellence through continuous learning and innovation is highly valued.
  • Experienced in agile development environments, ensuring collaboration and clear communication among team members.
