Job Title: Artisan Design Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced designer to join our team as an Artisan Design Specialist. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for collaborating with artisan clusters to develop innovative designs and products that showcase the rich cultural heritage of Jharkhand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop festive and retail collections featuring traditional tribal crafts
  • Plan and execute sampling and production timelines to meet market demands
  • Travel to field sites to ensure timely design interventions and provide on-site support to artisans
Requirements
  • NIFT graduate in Textile Design or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in design development and product innovation
  • Strong understanding of artisan craft skills and modern retail design needs
