We are currently seeking a seasoned Lead QA Engineer to spearhead our quality assurance strategy and elevate product quality by driving the development of innovative testing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and optimize test strategies, automation, and performance testing initiatives.
  • Mentor engineers, promote best practices in QA, and drive the adoption of AI-first testing approaches.
  • Drive UI automation with Cypress & TypeScript, API testing with Postman, and performance testing with K6.
  • Promote accessibility standards (Wave, AudioEye) and CI/CD test integration.
  • Minimize reliance on manual test scripts by leveraging AI-powered testing tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in test automation with a strong focus on leadership and collaboration.
  • Hands-on expertise with Cypress, TypeScript, K6, and Postman, as well as a deep understanding of CI/CD, accessibility, and automation frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving successful testing initiatives.
