Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional to design, configure, and customize our ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing CSM, including case management, knowledge management, and agent workspace.
The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate with teams and understand their requirements and pain points. Proficiency in scripting using JS Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions is highly desirable.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow modules, including CSM, ITSM, and Custom Service Portal.
- Expertise in third-party integration, including REST, SOAP, and other methods.
- Proficient in scripting using JS Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
