Job Title: Product Manager

This is a high-level managerial position responsible for overseeing the entire digital journey of customers from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end management of customer journeys, focusing on meeting business targets and desired KPIs.
  • Collaboration with various cross-functional teams for necessary approvals and delivery of key product strategies.
  • Monitoring and analysis of digital campaigns and distribution strategies across targeted channels to enhance product performance.
  • Implementation of actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Possession of an MBA or IIT equivalent degree.
  • Previous experience in product management or digital product management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with LOS platforms like Salesforce is beneficial.
