Job Description

We are seeking an innovative Product Designer (UI/UX Designer) to join our team. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design intuitive interfaces for our web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX Design, preferably from an EdTech background. A strong portfolio showcasing impactful design work across web and mobile platforms is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design user-friendly interfaces.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor benchmarking to define user flows and design decisions.
  • Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and deliver the intended user experience.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer/Product Designer.
  • Prior experience in EdTech or higher education platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing impactful design work across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision.
  • Good understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
