Job Title: Dam Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Dam Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing submitted plans and specifications for dam rehabilitation works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and assess submitted plans and specifications for dam rehabilitation works.
  • Provide expert input for physical modeling of significant structural interventions.
  • Assess and finalize preliminary designs for dam rehabilitation works.
  • Evaluate costs based on item rate analysis or Scheduled of Rates (SOR).
  • Conduct regular dam safety inspections and manage transmittals.
  • Develop customized training programs for colleagues at various levels.
  • Contribute to the revision of existing guidelines and the formulation of new ones.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in dam design and rehabilitation works.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. You will be required to work closely with project teams to achieve objectives.
