Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Bangalore. As an Occupational Therapist at Sunshine, you will have the opportunity to work in a structured yet innovative environment, where early intervention, family engagement, and evidence-based practices are at the heart of everything we do.

Your primary responsibility will be delivering occupational therapy services to individuals and groups, developing and implementing rehabilitation plans, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and design therapeutic activities that cater to their unique requirements.
  • Monitor patient progress and provide guidance and support to patients and their families throughout their journey.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure holistic care and optimal outcomes for our clients.

To succeed in this role, you will require experience in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, a strong background in Medicine, excellent Communication skills, specialization or experience in Pediatrics, and relevant certifications or licensure in Occupational Therapy.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field is also essential.
