Performance Marketing Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven professional with expertise in scaling Direct-to-Consumer brands. The ideal candidate will have experience managing paid media campaigns across various platforms, optimizing ad spends for maximum return on investment, and driving measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon Ads, Snapchat, and emerging channels to drive conversions and revenue.
  • Create full-funnel approaches (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) tailored for D2C brands to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and boost sales.
  • Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient delivery and maximize return on ad spend.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and attribution platforms to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Provide regular performance dashboards with actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Forecast spends, customer acquisition cost, and return on ad spend based on past data and industry benchmarks.
  • Research consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Build and scale lookalike, retargeting, and interest-based audiences to increase engagement and conversion rates.
  • Create customer cohorts and lifecycle campaigns to increase lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad content (videos, static ads, user-generated content, influencer collaborations) that resonates with target audiences.
  • Work with product and sales teams to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and seasonal events.
  • Drive innovation by testing new ad formats, platforms, and growth hacks to stay ahead of the curve.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably for D2C e-commerce brands.
  • Strong understanding of digital ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok/Snapchat, Amazon, etc.).
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Data Studio).
  • Deep knowledge of customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, lifetime value, average order value, retention, attribution modeling.
  • Proven track record of scaling D2C campaigns with significant monthly ad spends.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
