About Us:

We are a rapidly expanding influencer marketing agency focused on kids fashion/lifestyle brands.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Professional to help us expand our brand connections, drive client meetings, and grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on potential brand clients in the kids fashion/lifestyle industry.
  • Establish relationships with brands via email, LinkedIn, calls, and social media.
  • Follow up with prospects until a meeting is confirmed.
  • Maintain a CRM or spreadsheet to track outreach activities.
  • Schedule meetings in the founder's calendar.
  • Develop and suggest improvements to outreach strategies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Understanding of marketing or influencer marketing is beneficial.
  • Able to work part-time (20h a week) from an office-atelier in Jaipur.

Benefits:

Competitive base pay: ₹10,000/month (part-time)

Meeting bonus: additional compensation per confirmed booked meeting

Conversion bonus: extra payment if the brand agrees to collaborate
