We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a SAP Financial Accounting Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lease Accounting (IFRS16) and SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement SAP solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Design and configure SAP systems for financial lease accounting.
  • Participate in business requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solutioning.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in SAP FI/RE-FX – Lease In and Lease Out with a focus on IFRS16 compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP FI/RE-FX, Lease In and Lease Out, with a focus on IFRS16 compliance. Additionally, they will be able to participate in and lead discussions with internal and external business/functional teams, design and configure SAP solutions, create Business Process Documents, Key Data Structures, Functional Specifications, User Manuals, and Training Materials. Application development of Real Estate Lease-in contracts with adherence to IFRS16, HGB, and Local GAAP valuation principles is also essential. Conducting Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Data Migration activities will be key responsibilities.

Good to Have Skills:
  • Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SD, or CO).
  • Exposure to S/4HANA environments.
  • Understanding of automation tools or accelerators for Lease Accounting compliance.
