Business Applications Administrator Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Business Applications Administrator, with a focus on Planhat and Salesforce Service Cloud systems. The ideal candidate will own and optimize these platforms as key business tools for Customer Success. Drive technical execution to ensure secure access, accurate data, and optimized workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own platform administration to ensure secure access and accurate data.
  • Translate business needs into platform roadmaps that drive adoption and process efficiency.
  • Automate and integrate systems to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
  • Enable teams to use tools effectively and improve customer outcomes.
  • Monitor and maintain system health to ensure reliability and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in SaaS systems administration or customer success operations.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Planhat.
  • Proven record of engaging stakeholders and delivering scalable solutions.
  • Experience building and executing roadmaps.
  • Strong automation and data management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and independent work style.
  • Strong English communication skills.
