We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead administrative operations in our retail environment.

Based in Bangalore, this role will drive facilities management, vendor relationships, and process optimization to achieve cost savings and excellence in store upkeep.

With a network of 100+ stores across 30 cities, serving over 1 million retail customers, we deliver comprehensive end-to-end device lifecycle management and tailored technology solutions.

This Administrative Leadership Role requires:

Vendor and Facilities Management:

Manage vendor relationships for facility management, housekeeping, security, and office supplies, ensuring optimal pricing, quality, and service delivery

Coordinate with vendors for uniforms, office supplies, gifts, and more, optimizing costs and ensuring consistency and branding across stores

Identify and propose strategic development initiatives, budget control, annual operating plans (AOP), and continuous improvement efforts

Maintain a standard of excellence in stores towards facilities management, overseeing upkeep and adherence to established standards

Process Optimization, Safety, and Sustainability:

Provide timely and efficient services such as travel bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation arrangements for new hires and visitors

Develop, implement, and optimize administrative processes related to supplies, staff, security, housekeeping, and employee services

Drive facilities and employee-related supply chain and process optimization efforts, centralizing processes, minimizing inventory overages, and achieving cost savings targets

Manage health and safety protocols, including certification and adherence to sustainability such as eco-friendly initiatives, waste recycling, upcycling, and reduction

Oversee health and safety compliance related to mall authorities, regulatory requirements, and security protocols, ensuring the safety and well-being of employees and visitors

Team Management:

Set clear objectives, expectations, lead, and manage a team of administrative staff, providing mentorship, guidance, regular feedback

Support fostering a high-performing and cohesive team culture

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in administrative management roles within the retail industry, with a track record of effectively overseeing facilities, vendor management, procurement, and compliance
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and a proactive approach to implementing innovative solutions and process improvements to drive continuous optimization and cost savings
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, exceptional organizational and time management skills, essential for managing multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, necessary for collaborating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to achieve organizational goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications, including data visualization tools like Tableau, to effectively analyze data and drive informed decision-making
  • Detail-oriented and quality-driven mindset, committed to maintaining high standards of excellence in administrative operations and delivering exceptional customer service
