Job Opportunity:

The Finite Element Analysis Engineer will provide FEA engineering support to the design and development of off-highway construction equipment. Key responsibilities include finite element analysis of structural systems and components, using tools such as ANSYS Workbench and Classic.

  • Static, nonlinear, dynamic analysis, explicit, rotor dynamics, composites experience required
  • Familiarity with Space claim and Design modeler a plus
  • Hand calculations and problem-solving skills essential
  • Coordinate with design engineers to optimize designs and collaborate with stakeholders for inputs, queries, and reviews
  • Good knowledge of ASME, API, EN, and BS standards necessary
  • Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in FEA engineering
  • B.E/B Tech degree
  • Domain expertise in Off-highway vehicles / Construction Equipment / Automotive (heavy Commercial Vehicles)
  • Strong understanding of ANSYS Workbench and Classic
  • Ability to parametrize and write macros
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills
