Workday P2P Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday P2P specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge and administrative capabilities, with a focus on Workday Procurement modules, including Supplier Management, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and support Workday Procurement processes, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflow.
  • Perform system administration tasks, such as managing user roles, access controls, and permissions, to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Workday functional and technical issues, providing expert-level support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, driving business growth and success.
  • Create custom dashboards and reports to enhance business operations and inform strategic decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of Workday techno-functional experience, focusing on Procurement (P2P) with a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise in configuring and supporting Workday Procurement processes, with a deep understanding of supplier management, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Strong working knowledge of Workday EIB for integrations, with the ability to develop and maintain complex integrations.
  • Excellent skills in managing Workday roles, user security, and access controls, ensuring a secure and compliant environment.
