The Role

  • You will supervise tax advisory engagements and manage delivery of tax opinions and responses on day-to-day clients' tax matters.
  • You will lead tax compliances such as filing of tax returns, withholding tax statements, advance tax, and other tax filings.
  • You will supervise tax assessment and litigation proceedings before tax authorities.
  • You will train managers and executives for professional development and bench strength.
  • You will deliver clients with tax technology assets through licensing or internal services.
  • You will manage end-to-end tax operations engagements.
  • You will drive business development by identifying new opportunities and mining existing ones.
  • You will contribute to firm eminence programs, events, and written/speaking contributions at conferences.

Requirements

  • You should have 8-10 years of experience in Direct Taxation (CA).
  • Preferred from Big 4.
  • You should have strong technical knowledge.
  • You should have analytical skills and conceptual clarity.
  • You should have innovative thinking and market trend awareness.
  • You should have effective communication and presentation skills.
  • You should have time and cost management skills.
  • You should have team management and leadership skills.
  • You should have mentorship skills.
