**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking a Business Development professional to drive growth in key industry verticals and territories.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies, identifying potential clients, and building strong relationships with customers to achieve sales targets.

  • Develop a sales plan for assigned vertical/territory, including forecasting market trends and customer requirements.
  • Maintain weekly sales target monitoring, highlight deviations, and take corrective action as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to sales performance at the territory level.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities from multiple channels.
  • Negotiate terms with clients, including product specifications, payment terms, and timelines.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to understand their needs and resolve queries promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order execution meets predefined criteria.
  • Communicate changes in order specifications to concerned departments and customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical support to customers on after-sales related issues.
  • Manage customer complaints, recording and resolving within predefined timelines.
  • Ensure all customer interaction activities are properly logged and updated in relevant systems.
  • Liaise with distributors and dealers, escalating significant issues to superiors.
  • Effectively manage dealer-related activities, such as stock booking and making payments.
  • Stay up-to-date with territory developments and provide data on potential expansion opportunities to the management team.
