Job Title: Strategic Infrastructure Leader As a seasoned infrastructure leader, you will be responsible for delivering reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure services while modernizing operations to support product engineering, platform automation, Operational SRE, and business agility. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of both legacy and emerging infrastructure platforms, combined with proven leadership in managing globally distributed teams. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of infrastructure leads, engineers, and service owners
  • Drive alignment with global IT strategy
  • Represent infrastructure delivery in global planning and governance forums
  • Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of on-premises and cloud-hosted infrastructure platforms
  • Manage compliance frameworks (SOX, PCI, ISO), configure and support security tools, work with Agile Development Practices, and develop and update business continuity and disaster recovery protocols
 Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations
  • At least 5 years in leadership roles managing global or regional teams
  • Experience with traditional data center infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), container strategies (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.), and DevOps principles
