Job Description

The Operational Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the management of contracts and ensuring the efficient use of assets within the ServiceNow platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To manage a team of asset/contract management professionals to maintain high levels of performance, productivity, and quality.
  • To ensure all assets/contracts are properly managed, tracked, and renewed as necessary to meet organizational objectives.
  • To oversee the use and management of assets within the ServiceNow platform to optimize resource utilization and minimize waste.
  • To identify and implement improvements to contract and asset management processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • To maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
  • To prepare and present regular reports on contract and asset management activities to inform business decisions.
  • To be responsible for training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • To manage resourcing requirements and cultivate a team environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and exceptional service delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in contract management and asset management, preferably within the ServiceNow platform, with 7-12 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and other relevant software tools, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
