As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will lead the growth of your set of cities. This involves selecting and training new partners, improving current partners' quality, and driving key initiatives.
- You will own the business entrusted to you and have direct influence on its performance.
We are looking for individuals with a high ownership mindset and a passion for operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in ops-related roles, with demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence teams and projects.
