Team Member Role: Corporate Real Estate Advisory & Transactions

What the Work Entails:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Corporate Real Estate Transaction Consultant to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
  • Demonstrating expertise in the market, particularly in office leasing within the Hyderabad region.
  • Engaging with clients to offer tailored commercial real estate office leasing solutions.
  • Assessing client requirements and delivering prompt service to maximize closure opportunities.
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Gathering property details, including coordinates and owner information, and conducting site inspections.
  • Evaluating client needs, initiating and maintaining client interactions, providing input on pricing, and participating in proposal discussions.
  • Ensuring optimal client service delivery and engagement through regular calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow-ups, and accurate timely submission of company proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiating fair terms between buyers and sellers to secure deal closure.
  • Understanding deals and actively participating in due diligence processes and documentation.
