Job Title: Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team in Pune, India.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining innovative business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
  • Building automated workflows with Power Automate, including RPA via Power Automate Desktop.
  • Creating dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decisions.
  • Integrating solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and Azure (Functions, Logic Apps).
  • Leveraging Dataverse and connectors for secure, scalable data integration.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Applying best practices for architecture, governance, and security.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and experience working with various technologies.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Data Management: Strong understanding of data modeling, connectors, and APIs.
  • UI/UX Design: Ability to design user-friendly, responsive interfaces.
  • Governance: Familiarity with ALM, environments, and Power Platform licensing.

Qualifications:

  • BE/B. Tech in Computer Science or IT or degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in related domain.
