Job Role Overview

Skillful Power Platform professionals with exceptional leadership qualities are sought after to spearhead the design and development of innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Microsoft Power Platform, complemented by excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement solutions that meet or exceed business requirements through meticulous design and coding.
  2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
  3. Provide expert guidance on best practices, ensuring high-quality deliverables while supporting the development team's growth and success.
  4. Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  5. Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance their skills and contribute to the team's overall performance.
Leadership and Governance
  • Assume a Pune Lead role, overseeing project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements within the development team, in collaboration with the Product Owner and Product Architect.
  • Enhance developer velocity by identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the development process, supported by the Scrum Master.
  • Improve DevOps processes, such as automated code quality checks, testing, CI/CD processes, monitoring, and component libraries.
Platform Governance and Compliance
  • Lead the development of governance guardrails and processes to ensure a secure and compliant self-service Power Platform environment.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to align on governance strategies and decisions.
  • Define and maintain the Governance Plan, ensuring it is up-to-date and reflects current best practices and Power Platform Strategy.
Requirements
  • A graduate degree from a reputable institution.
  • Relevant certifications.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 12-16 years of experience working with the Microsoft stack and Power platform development.
