Product Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to drive business growth and customer satisfaction at CashKaro. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering significant revenue or customer experience improvements through product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Leadership & Vision
    • Develop a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and drives revenue growth.
    • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
    • Prioritize projects based on business impact, user needs, and resource availability, ensuring maximum ROI.
    • Measure and report on product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven decisions.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    • Establish a culture of data-driven decision making across the product team, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
    • Analyze product feature impact using tools like Google Analytics, Clevertap, or similar, providing actionable insights for product development.
  • Exceptional Team Management Ability
    • Lead a high-performing product team, ensuring that all members are aligned with daily and weekly goals, and that the team is motivated and productive.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as uptime, user engagement, and error reports, ensuring that the product is functional and performing well.
  • User Experience (UX) Focus / Insane Attention to Detail
    • Design and develop user-friendly products that meet customer needs and expectations, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Technical Acumen & Collaboration
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
    • Develop a solid understanding of technical concepts, including APIs, databases, and system architecture, ensuring that product development is aligned with technical capabilities.
  • Strong Communication & PRD Clarity
    • Write clear, concise, and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Knowledge of Wireframing and Other Tools
    • Use wireframing tools and processes to visualize and outline product features before development, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Self-Investment & Learning
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest product management trends, tools, and methodologies, ensuring that the product team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
