DevOps Engineering Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineering Lead to spearhead our CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure automation initiatives. This individual will collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless application deployment and drive innovation in our infrastructure setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning with Ansible, Terraform, or AWS CloudFormation.
  • Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Implement monitoring solutions with Prometheus and Grafana for proactive issue identification.
  • Foster collaboration between development and operations teams.
  • Mentor junior DevOps engineers and support their career development.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in DevOps or related fields.
  • Proficient in CI/CD tools (Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Expertise in infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform).
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
