Job Description:

  • As a Dam Design Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing the design of rehabilitation works for dams. You will focus on technical aspects and safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • You will provide expert input on physical modeling and structural interventions, ensuring dam safety and integrity. This includes conducting thorough inspections of dams and managing transmittals to ensure compliance with safety standards.

  • You will develop and implement customized training programs for dam engineers and technicians, enhancing their knowledge and skills in dam design and rehabilitation.

  • You will collaborate with regulatory bodies and industry partners to publish technical papers and contribute to joint publications, sharing your expertise and advancing the field.

  • You will prepare project rehabilitation reports and contribute to the finalization of the quality manual and plan, ensuring seamless project execution.

  • You will offer technical expertise in support of dam-related activities, including capacity building and training initiatives, promoting best practices and innovation.
