Job Overview

This position involves managing reference data, processing transactions on cash systems and monitoring ongoing support needs.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting IPB operations by ensuring accurate client data setup and address changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain reference data, including SSI setups, broker configurations, and client status updates.
  • Capture manual funding requirements and process transactions on CIB cash platforms.
  • Execute daily tasks efficiently to ensure seamless fund transfers from client receipt accounts to IPB Nostro accounts.
  • Resolving complex issues under pressure requires sound judgment and strong analytical skills.
  • Communicate strategic objectives effectively to the team and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues, think critically, and react promptly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • MS Office skills are necessary for this role.
