Job Opportunity:

We seek a seasoned Product Trainer to spearhead training and enablement programs for our Relationship Managers.

The ideal candidate will design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on wealth management products, tailored for High Net-Worth Individuals and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and conduct product training sessions to equip Relationship Managers with the knowledge and skills required to serve HNI and institutional clientele effectively.
  • Provide continuous support and guidance to new Relationship Managers, helping them integrate smoothly into their roles and understand product offerings.
  • Collaborate with management to track performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans to drive results.
  • Assist Relationship Managers in preparing for relevant industry certifications and compliance requirements, offering resources and study plans.
  • Teach effective pitching techniques and client engagement strategies, focusing on relationship building, trust, and value-based selling to HNI and institutional clients.
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and remedial training where necessary to help Relationship Managers enhance their skills and overcome challenges.

Requirements:

  • Experience in product training and enablement for financial services professionals.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management products and services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
