Financial Advisory Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a financial advisory assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in the preparation of financial statements, income tax returns, and other financial documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing management reports and financial statements
  • Computing income tax liability and preparing and filing income tax returns
  • Assisting in the computation of TDS liability and preparation and filing of TDS returns
  • Conducting research for mergers and acquisitions projects
  • Preparing secretarial records and assisting in ROC filings
  • Providing advisory services on corporate law, international tax, and GST

Requirements:

  • CA intermediate both group pass qualification
  • Candidates who have completed their articleship for 3-6 months and seeking transfer may also apply
  • Strong accountancy knowledge and proficiency in tax and corporate laws
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint
