Chartered Accountant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to fill this key role. The successful candidate will have a strong background in U.S. accounting, taxation, and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review U.S. GAAP-compliant financial statements for clients.
  • Tax Filing Expertise: Handle U.S. tax filings, including federal and state returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Cross-Border Accounting: Manage cross-border accounting and reporting for U.S. operations, maintaining adherence to U.S. standards.
  • Audit and Analysis: Perform audits, reconciliations, and financial analysis as per U.S. standards, providing valuable insights to clients.
  • Accounting Advisory: Advise on accounting processes, compliance, and regulatory changes, ensuring clients remain up-to-date with the latest requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • CA Qualification: Hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
  • Professional Experience: Have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in U.S. accounting.
  • Software Proficiency: Be proficient in U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and accounting software used in the U.S., such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
