Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned data professional with strong proficiency in SQL & ETL to support high-performance data pipelines and analytics initiatives in the mortgage banking domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Processing and Integration: Develop and implement scalable data processing, transformation, and integration strategies using SQL and ETL tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Perform thorough root cause analysis on data quality issues and recommend corrective actions to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data anomalies and improve data quality through profiling, audits, and continuous quality checks.
  • Data Load Strategies: Analyze and validate data load strategies across systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Mortgage Services Industry Expertise: Domain experience in mortgage services industry with understanding of loan data, servicing systems, and regulatory requirements is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL, ETL tools, and data quality frameworks, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. A detail-oriented approach to data analysis and a passion for ensuring data accuracy and integrity are also essential.
