Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with expertise in creating/updating components specification sheets and part/assembly 3D CAD models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and update components specification sheets and part/assembly 3D CAD models.
  • Develop part/assembly drawings according to established standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for ECN and ECO activities.
  • Participate in design reviews and design optimization activities.
  • Undertake additional duties as required by management.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with US-based time zones.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proficient in SolidWorks.
  • Strong understanding of sheet metals, machined, and plastic parts.
  • Familiarity with various manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft tools - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Able to work independently in an agile environment.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Basic understanding of GD&T and Tolerance stack up.
  • Familiarity with FMEA.
  • Knowledge of design life cycle management tools such as Windchill/PLM.
