We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a key member of our Furniture division, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the furniture market.



Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets within the furniture industry. Key responsibilities will include:




  • Identify and target potential clients in the furniture market to expand our customer base.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the furniture industry.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and present product proposals to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to close deals and secure favorable agreements.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and provide insights to improve our market position.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



- A minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience in sales, product knowledge, and effective communication.



- Proven experience in driving sales and achieving targets within the furniture industry.



- Extensive knowledge of furniture products, materials, and market trends.



- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders.



- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure favorable terms and conditions.



- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnership.



- Proficiency in conducting market research to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.



- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement business strategies to expand market presence.



- Expertise in strategic planning to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.
