Job Role

Senior Cluster Financial Partner

  • About the Function:

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to drive franchise business, liaise with partners on timely closure of commercial arrangements and ongoing support.
  • Support contract execution, timely updates and renewals with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Enable accurate and timely invoicing and billing.
  • Monitor payment collection and overdue payments from partners.
  • Cross-verify royalty calculations and other commercial terms against contracts.
  • Validate partner-reported data and highlight discrepancies.
  • Support account management for franchise partners, including payment reconciliation and clearing entries.
  • Provide business context for query resolution, ensuring timely response to DBSI team queries.
  • Prepare finance committee and/or executive committee documents (e.g. Franchise BPM).
  • Deliver ad hoc reporting requirements.
  • Work closely with internal finance, legal and sales teams for smooth operational execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records for all commercial and contract-related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with external and internal audits.
Requirements and Skills
  • CA/CA Inter/CMA certification with 2-3 years of experience in commercial finance, business operations or franchise management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong process adherence.
  • Strong business partnering and collaboration skills.
  • Exposure to ERP systems like SAP.
