Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cluster Manager to oversee the operation of multiple centers within a designated cluster. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction and operational leadership, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment to achieve organizational objectives.

The Cluster Manager will be responsible for ensuring consistent implementation of organizational policies and procedures, overseeing program coordination and execution, and collaborating with center managers to ensure program alignment with beneficiary needs and organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in program management and coordination. They will be able to analyze complex problems, develop solutions, and implement effective strategies to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Seamless Operation of Multiple Centers: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple centers within the designated cluster, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient use of resources.
  • Strategic Direction and Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and operational leadership to center managers, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to achieve their goals.
  • Program Management and Coordination: Oversee the coordination and execution of programs across the cluster, ensuring compliance with process metrics and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal stakeholders for operational requirements, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community partners, and participate in formal meetings to share operational feedback.
