Job Role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality data insights that support business decisions. You will derive actionable information from large datasets using statistical analysis and visualization techniques.

The successful candidate will have top-notch technical skills, strong analytical exposure, and understanding of our business processes to help drive strategic decisions throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, transform and store large sets of raw data into well-built integrated data assets using SQL, AWS Glue or other emerging technologies.
  • Recommend, build, and monitor robust and extensible data models that capture business performance from a data-driven lens.
  • Identify and execute data quality testing along critical check points and surface data drift or anomalies.
  • Maintain a high standard for accuracy of data and build automated processes to catch issues proactively.
  • Be the expert in critical data assets and maintain a catalog for reference.
  • Lean into developing visualizations in Tableau and occasionally support data science teams with exploratory data analysis and KPI development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science or engineering
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in data-driven solutions.
  • Expert in writing Advanced/Complex SQL queries with strong experience in Python (NumPy & Pandas) and EDA tools such as AWS Glue, S3 or Redshift.
  • Proficient with Tableau or Power Bi for advanced visualization.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
  • Working knowledge of data warehousing and data governance.
  • Self-motivated and take pride in building great products for key stakeholders.
  • Resourceful in finding the data and tools needed to get the job done.
