As a strategic business development professional, you will drive revenue growth and build lasting relationships with key clients in the technology and IT staffing sector. This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.

This position plays a critical part in expanding local and national accounts while upholding our company's commitment to excellence in technical staffing solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio through proactive outreach and strategic partnerships.
  • Analyze client technical staffing requirements and provide customized solutions that meet their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to deliver high-quality candidates that meet client expectations.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Stay ahead of the competition by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Work closely with the delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Foster open communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to address any issues promptly and resolve concerns efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management within the Technology and IT staffing industry.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of IT environments, emerging technologies (AI), network technologies, and roles that support these disciplines.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM/ATS and VMS platforms, as well as Sales Navigator.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
