Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Professional to lead our global IT audit and compliance initiatives.

About the Role
  • Coordinate with IT domain teams to gather and validate audit evidence, ensuring seamless execution of audit processes.
  • Support walkthroughs, gap analysis, and response preparation for internal and external audits, driving continuous improvement in our audit processes.
  • Track status of remediation actions and support validation exercises, guaranteeing effective implementation of audit recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date audit documentation, including SOPs, control checklists, risk registers, and evidence logs.
  • Support creation of compliance dashboards and internal audit scorecards, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Compliance Management
  • Conduct regular self-assessments and spot checks to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor effectiveness of implemented controls and alert gaps to the lead specialist, driving proactive mitigation strategies.
Team Collaboration
  • Interface with Infra, Cloud, Service Delivery, Cybersecurity, and Business IT teams to ensure audit preparedness and coordinate training logistics.
  • Support compliance awareness programs by providing training and documentation.
Improvement Initiatives
  • Identify automation opportunities in compliance processes, streamlining efficiency and reducing manual errors.
  • Support tool-based audit management platforms (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow GRC), enhancing our audit capabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • CISA or CRISC certification preferred but not mandatory.
  • 5-12 years of experience in IT audit, controls, or compliance roles.
  • Exposure to pharma or highly regulated industries desirable.

Solid technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills required. Ability to handle multiple tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
