Senior Software Development Leader

As a key member of our technology team, you will play a pivotal role in driving software development initiatives that transform the healthcare industry. You will lead complex software application development, collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage technical expertise to lead software development initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or IT.
  • High level of experience with multiple server-side programming languages (Java with Spring Boot preferred).
  • High level of experience with multiple client-side programming languages (JavaScript React preferred).
  • Experience developing, deploying, and supporting REST services and microservices.
  • Proficiency in cloud services for storage and compute, with infrastructure as code practices.
  • Expertise in relational databases, non-relational databases, and messaging systems.
