Key Responsibilities:

  • Expense Management: Manage travel expenses to ensure costs stay within allocated budgets.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure all travel arrangements adhere to client travel policies and procedures.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate with travel agencies to secure the best rates and services.
  • Itinerary Management: Check and share detailed travel itineraries to ensure they meet the needs of travelers.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve any issues that arise during travel, such as flight cancellations or unexpected changes.
  • Travel Guidance: Provide travelers with information on travel regulations and safety protocols.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements, expenses, and other relevant data.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with travelers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Qualification – Any Graduate.
  • Experience – Above 1 year experience in travel field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential for interacting with travelers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary for managing multiple travel arrangements simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy in bookings and itineraries.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to quickly and effectively resolve travel-related issues.
  • Knowledge of Travel Industry: Familiarity with travel booking systems, industry trends, and travel regulations.
  • Customer Service Skills: Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive travel experience.
  • Negotiation Skills: Negotiating with vendors to secure the best rates and services.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems for booking and managing travel.
