Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team as a Management Information System (MIS) Executive.

The MIS Executive will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to support our business operations and strategic decision-making.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who knows the advanced Excel and has a proven track record of success in data analysis and MIS.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Release Sale Order based on demand
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in business processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security through regular audits and quality checks
  • Develop and implement data validation and cleansing processes
  • Provide training and support to end-users on data management tools and reporting systems
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficient in Advanced Excel
  • Proven experience in MIS, data analysis, or related roles
  • Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL, Microsoft Access)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
