Product Leadership Role

Hiring for a seasoned product leader to drive growth and innovation in Mumbai - Fort location.

Flexibility to work on alternate Saturdays is essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive primary & secondary marketing strategy to ensure delivery of annual operating plans.
  • Develop pricing strategies to ensure product profitability.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor market share on a quarterly basis.
Job Requirements
  • Strong understanding of consumer insights and market trends.
  • Experience in developing new product pipelines based on innovation, consumer insights, and channel members.
  • Ability to lead stage-gate process management from ideation to product commercialization.
  • Knowledge of trade schemes and other marketing initiatives.
