Senior Research Analyst Position

Our organization seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Research Analyst to contribute to our global projects in women's empowerment, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for research, analysis, and generating actionable insights that can drive meaningful change. As a non-paid, commission-based fellow, you will conduct in-depth research, collect reliable data as per direction, and provide evidence-based recommendations to strengthen our international initiatives and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct primary and secondary research on topics related to education, entrepreneurship, and social development.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from credible sources.
  • Prepare structured research reports, white papers, and knowledge briefs.
  • Identify global and regional trends to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with project teams to provide data-backed insights.
