Automated Quality Assurance Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by analyzing and testing code bases, developing and maintaining automated tests, and partnering with software engineers to write efficient automation code.
Core Responsibilities:- Develop and Maintain Automated Tests: Write and edit test code using industry-standard tools and coding standards to ensure repeatable, reliable testing solutions.
- Analyze Broken Test Cases: Diagnose and repair broken test cases to working order.
- Execute Automated Test Scripts: Run automated test scripts and evaluate results.
- Exercise Independent Judgment: Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular Attendance: Regularly attend work on time and be available to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends as needed.
Key Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field such as computer science or engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. Knowledge of agile development methodologies and experience with automated testing frameworks.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
