About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Sound Designer to create engaging audio experiences for our educational video content.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing high-quality sound effects, music tracks, and voiceovers that enhance the viewing experience.

Responsibilities include adding relevant sound effects to animations, experiments, and props usage, clean up dialogue/narration audio, sync audio with animations and edits, manage music libraries and sound templates, and collaborate with video editors, operations, and academics to synchronise music and effects with visuals.

Requirements:
  • Primary proficiency in Logic Pro, Ableton Live or similar digital audio workstations.
  • Proficiency in Audition (secondary).
  • Experience in syncing sound for educational or documentary content.
  • Solid understanding of relevant AI tools and platforms, with the ability to use them for improving productivity and creativity is essential.
  • Ability to insert and adjust sound effects for experiment demonstrations, animations, and transitions.
  • Familiarity with royalty-free music libraries and copyright standards.
