Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver data insights by extracting, manipulating, and analyzing complex datasets using SAS programming languages.
  • Create and maintain business intelligence reports, dashboards, and scorecards to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Apply statistical analysis and data mining techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting.
  • Document business intelligence processes and methodologies.
  • Support data governance, compliance, and security standards.
  • Work closely with IT teams to optimize data sources and reporting tools.
  • Present findings and recommendations to business users and leadership.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAS programming and BI reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.
  • Familiarity with BI tools like SAS Visual Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and complex data models.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in data visualization and dashboard design.
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of advanced SAS procedures (e.g., SAS/STAT, SAS Macro).
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Understanding of business processes in industries like healthcare, finance, or retail.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as HIPAA or GDPR.
  • Ability to automate reporting processes using scripting or scheduling tools.
