Job Title:

Sr. EDI Administration Specialist

Overview:

This position plays a critical role in supporting and enhancing electronic data interchange (EDI) processes across our enterprise systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot EDI transactions and integrations with business applications (ERP, supply chain, finance, etc.).
  • Manage onboarding of new trading partners and maintain EDI maps, specifications, and communication protocols.
  • Analyze and resolve EDI-related issues in collaboration with business teams.
  • Maintain compliance with EDI standards and company policies, including data security and regulatory requirements.
  • Support integration projects with vendors, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Develop documentation, including process flows, technical specs, and partner guidelines.
  • Provide support for audits, testing, and validation of EDI processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based EDI platforms or integration tools.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
