EHS Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned environmental health and safety professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's EHS strategy. Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing initiatives and programs that drive compliance with national and international regulations. You will oversee injury investigations, review incident reports, and ensure adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute EHS plans and protocols in collaboration with our cross-functional team
  • Conduct periodic site visits to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize safety processes
  • Manage service contracts related to EHS, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare EHS strategic plans, budgets, and client reports
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in Environmental Sciences or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in managing EHS for a large multinational company, with exposure to global standards and regulations
  • Thorough understanding of Indian regulations and industry best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
